Americana, Acoustic Country/Blues and Soul with John Olding & Geoffrey Chunn
Not strictly “traditionalists”, John and Geoffrey like to stretch boundaries to bring a fresh treatment to familiar songs and tunes… it’s gonna be a good time.
John has worked in various covers bands and Geoffrey is a Split Enz alumni and was a key member of Citizen Band. You’ll hear a mix of Acoustic Americana, Country Blues, Ballads, Retreads, Original Compositions and Instrumentals. These genre are expressed not just through their Voices and Guitar but through the sweet tones of the Acoustic Weissenborn Slide Guitar.
Music at Midday returns to Pah Homestead with an hour of free live music from 12 to 1pm each Saturday.
