Music at Midday: Celtic Ferrets playing Traditional Folk

Saturday 13 July, 12-1pm
FREE Event
Celtic Ferrets playing Traditional Folk

After a busy May performing at folk clubs and libraries during New Zealand Music Month, Celtic Ferret are delighted to be playing more of their favourite songs and tunes in the Music at Midday series.

The sounds of guitar, mandolin, whistles, smallpipes, bodhran, harmonica and flutes will drift from the magnificent drawing room to echo through the beautiful art-filled rooms of the Pah Homestead.

Steeped in the folk tradition, their songs and tunes are interwoven with stories of times past and the relevance they have to this day.

Music at Midday returns to Pah Homestead with an hour of free live music from 12 to 1pm each Saturday.

Auckland is rich with a diverse range of creative musical talent and we celebrate this every week.  Sit down in the drawing room to enjoy the live music, or peruse the galleries while you listen to the music drifting through the building.
