Reece King: Have You Read My Poetry
22 September, 2015 - 11 October, 2015
Master Bedroom

Without contraries is no progression. Attraction and repulsion, reason and energy, love and hate, are necessary to human existence.

William Blake, etched about 1793.

Have You Read My Poetry is an exhibition of paintings by Reece King. His works are (notionally) representations of contraries expressed poetically with the visual language. The series as a whole (theoretically) is a critical response to the non-critical reaction to the death of Art.

Art Week Event: Artist in conversation, with free coffee, also poetry.

Join Reece King in conversation on Saturday 10 October.  This event begins at 1pm.
